Kathy is the owner of Kate & Company, an event planning and management company serving the Twin Cities region.

Kathy is an event manager and project coordinator with over 20 years of experience. Her focus is on team collaboration and facilitation, while working toward a unified goal.

She has been a special event and marketing director in the non-profit sector. Kathy also has extensive community and non-profit volunteer experience, both as a committee/team member and in leadership roles.
