Court documents show that the 58-year-old man has been charged with fifth-degree assault, theft and other offenses a total of 36 times.
Between Oct. 23 and Oct. 27, Golden Valley resident Loren Zemple was arrested for trespassing on four separate occasions. Since 1995, Zemple, 58, has been offending repeatedly, according to Minnesota court documents. He's been arrested and charged with fifth-degree assault, violation of a protection order, disorderly conduct, issuing worthless checks and theft. Court documents show that Zemple has been charged with various crimes 36 different times.
