Gigi’s Cupcakes Selling Sweet Treats in Golden Valley

The bakery opened its doors Friday.

It’s been less than a week since the Golden Valley Gigi’s Cupcakes opened, and residents are already enjoying the flavorful options. The franchise business, owned by Aaron and Jamie Clayborn, opened Friday in Golden Valley Commons (7722 Olson Memorial Highway) with options like Merry Margarita, Miss Princess and Sopapilla. Since then, the company has rotated in numerous tasty offerings. The bakery is currently open 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 to 5 p.m. Sunday. The owners said on Facebook that they plan to extend the hours once the weather gets better. Cupcakes cost $3.25 each or $36 for a dozen.

New Business: Gigi’s Cupcakes to Open in Golden Valley

Owners Aaron and Jamie Clayborn are hoping to open at the end of February.

A new sweet treat option will be opening soon in Golden Valley. Gigi’s Cupcakes is preparing for an end of February opening. The franchise business, owned by Aaron and Jamie Clayborn, will be located in the Golden Valley Commons. “We love the small town feeling just outside the city,” Jamie said. “The Commons is an area people like to hangout when the weather is tolerable, and a cupcakes shop is perfect for the area.
