Golden Valley's adult co-rec outdoor broomball league games are played Tuesday evenings, with some Sundays, at Hampshire Park and Lions Park. If there is a conflict with Tuesday due to weather or other circumstances, games will be rescheduled for the following Sunday. The first game is scheduled for Tuesday, January 8. All games are outdoors and officiated by one or two referees. The number of teams in the league will determine the number of games and league format. Teams may advance to the state tournament in late March.

For those of you still itching to get outside to play or just be in the winter elements, Golden Valley has an adult co-ed recreational broomball league. Organized teams gather to play a few formal games every Tuesday evening at Hampshire Park. The league's best team has the chance to advance to the state broomball tournament, in March. There are five teams this season, including the Schuller’s, led by Janet Lund, a seven-year league veteran.
