VIDEO: Forest Elementary Staff Use Pop Music to Encourage Reading
The lyrics to boy band One Direction's hit song Beautiful gave staff at Forest Elementary a chance to encourage students to read.
In December, staff from Forest Lake Elementary School in Crystal memorized the words to One Direction's hit song, Beautiful, to help encourage students to read. Staff danced with books in hand and posted the video on YouTube. So far, the video has garnered more than 1,000 views.
