The owner of the new Eagan sandwich shop location is reportedly planning a store in Golden Valley, reports Eagan Patch.
Golden Valley could be one of the next locations for a Which Wich sandwich shop. The company, which strives to create an edgier environment in its stores, is planning a large-scale expansion in the Twin Cities, Eagan Which Wich owner Jeff Eccles told Eagan Patch. Eagan will soon be seeing a opening on Feb. 19. The company may open a second store in Eagan, and is planning additional locations in Apple Valley, Eden Prairie and Golden Valley, Eagan Patch recently reported. The restaurant is part of a national chain based in Texas, according to Eccles, who owns another Which Wich location in Savage. He says the restaurant's variety sets it apart from its competitors.
