Gratitude. As we progress through the holiday season from Thanksgiving to Christmas, it is the sentiment that perhaps dominates all others. We are thankful for what we've overcome, what we've gained, what we've learned and what we've been privileged to give. Now is an excellent time to give some combination of the "three Ts" — time, talent and treasure — to the organizations that are key to the continued progress and prosperity of your community. For many, that means continuing to support the institutions that fuel the twin engines of education and economic empowerment.
