Police arrested a man near the intersection of Highway 100 and Olson Memorial Highway at 10:52 p.m. for a 3rd degree DWI and driving without proof of insurance.   Dec. 15 Police arrested a person near the intersection of I-394 and Winnetka Ave S at 1:17 a.m. for a 3rd degree DWI.
