According to police, a woman in an apartment located in the 2100 block of Portland Avenue South was taking shower around noon Wednesday. She had placed her 8-month-old baby boy in his car seat. When she got out of the shower, the baby, named Carlos Orozco, was gone. In a press release, police said Carlos is Hispanic and not yet mobile.
