Fire Station 2 houses a life safety rehab trailer, a heavy rescue truck, an engine pump, and Old Engine #1 (the ciy's first fire truck). The truck was first purchased in 1943, sold in 1967, then reacquired in 1983. The Golden Valley Fire Department uses it for parades and other city celebrations.
