I have signifigant experience with Baywood Home care I will not name how or when,but I will say they have horrible ethics with them it is strictly about the pocket book.They have horrible bedside manner they are very careless meaning they do not care about the clients at all and I don't say this lightly at all.These comments are mainly aimed at the office staff I can not speak for all the in home staff,but their nurse and owner operator are implarible.The thought that someone has paid them close to 70 thousand dololars for nine months of services and mind you not hard services more like housekeeping and upon passing the family wasn't even sent a sympathy card or anyone from the company come to funeral to pay respects to the man who filled their pockets!!!!! It sickens me at the very thought of their actions.I genuinely hope no one else has to suffer such coldness from a company you are intrusting your loved ones to.
