Armstrong Staff Create "Call Me Maybe" Music Video

Read about and watch the wonderful efforts of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School staff having fun and building a great environment for their students!

Individual commitment to a group effort - that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.  - Vince Lombardi

It's been awhile since I've posted here, but I was compelled to do so today.  Our educational institutions have had to be so focused on testing that sometimes we can't see the forest 'fore the trees.  No test can measure the effect of relationship building in schools.  Yet I know as an educator that good relationships have a tremendous effect on the success and achievement of our students.  I laud Robbinsdale Armstrong High School staff for taking the time to create this video, that they showed in advisory today.  Yes, it took time to plan.  More time to execute.  But I hear that the students loved it.  I read comments on You Tube from RAHS alum who loved it - and wished they were back in school.  I personally watched it three times.  And posted it on our district Facebook page:  www.facebook.com/RobbinsdaleAreaSchools.  Take a moment to watch the Armstrong staff reach out to their students using their tools.  All the effort was worth it.  The students will always remember, and the video is priceless.
