Music, Produce and Good Eats at Golden Valley Farmers Market

Golden Valley's Market in the Valley is under the city's water tower every Sunday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Watermelon, fresh bread, cookies, vegetables and hot omelets drew in residents at the Sept. 9. Co-founded by Golden Valley resident Kristine Frey and New Hope resident Leslie Hendricks, Golden Valley's farmers market, dubbed "Market in the Valley," draws crowds every Sunday.

On Sept. 9, live music performances, including band T.M.I. and musician Shaun Daniel entertained market-goers. Free balloon animals kept children entertained.
