Robbinsdale Appoints New Members to District's Financial Advisory Council

Members of the group help analyze the budget and make projections.

Robbinsdale Area School Board members recently made appointments to the Financial Advisory Council.

The council members help evaluate the district's economic conditions and develop future budget assumptions.

Douglas Lundell will be an alternate. Frank Slawson was an alternate and now will serve his first term. Mark Noordsy will serve a second term on the council. They will serve three-year terms, from July 1 of this year to June 30, 2014.

“All three new appointees bring a wealth of expertise to this group,” said Jeff Priess, executive director of Business Services, in a news release. “This committee is an amazing group of individuals who will be invaluable in supporting the district.”
