Robbinsdale Area Schools has received the Certificate of Excellence in Financial Reporting Award from the Association of School Business Officials (ASBO) for its Comprehensive Annual Financial Report for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2012. This award was given to Robbinsdale Area Schools for having met or exceeded the program’s high standards for financial reporting and accountability, and represents the district’s commitment to such high standards of school system financial management and results. The award also confirms the school business office’s commitment to financial accountability and transparency. Recognition through the Certificate of Excellence program can help strengthen a district’s presentation for bond issuance statements and promotes a high level of financial reporting. This is the twelfth consecutive year that Robbinsdale Area Schools has received an award from ASBO for its excellence in finances.
