The most expensive home for sale right now in Golden Valley is a spacious 7,722 mansion on a 52,272-square-foot lot in the Highway 100/Olson Memorial Highway area.
The 245 Paisley Lane home has five bedrooms and a whopping eight bathrooms. It comes complete with “grand entertaining spaces, soaring ceilings and huge window-scapes.” There’s even a chef’s kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.
The owners bought the home for $1.2 million in 2009. They’re now asking for $1,495,000. That works out to a monthly mortgage in the neighborhood of $5,500, assuming a 20 percent down payment.
