Two More People File For City Council Positions

Tremere and Turbenson join Freiberg as candidates for the Nov. 8 election.

Two more people have filed to run for Golden Valley City Council this year.

Blair Tremere and Kristen Turbenson filed Thursday to run in the Nov. 8 election.

Tremere is a former Golden Valley mayor and city councilman. He currently is the president of Public Affairs Consulting, LLC.

More information about Turbenson was not immediately available.

Current City Councilman Mike Freiberg filed for re-election Aug. 2.

The ends Tuesday.
