Public Hearing: Share Your Opinion on Possible Boone Avenue Retail Center

The hearing will take place at 7 p.m. at Golden Valley's City Hall.

In August, the Golden Valley Planning Commission approved the preliminary PUD plan for a proposed retail site and gas station upgrade that could come to the intersection of Boone Avenue North and Highway 55.

According to commission documents, the new retail development would be 4,920 square feet and could house four businesses. The existing BP Gas Station located on the property would be updated with stone pillars, a new car wash and a convenience store

Tonight, at a public hearing, residents can voice their concerns or share thoughts about the development.
