The Golden Valley Planning Commission has a full agenda scheduled for the March 11 meeting at City Hall.

Here are a few items scheduled to be reviewed by the commission, according to the agenda.

• Informational public hearing 9300 and 9310 Golden Valley Road to change the general land use plan map from office to high density residential and rezone the properties.

• Informal public hearing for a final plan review PUD for the construction of a Motorwerks MINI Cooper auto dealership.

• Informal public hearing for final plan review PUD for The 3.9.4 Apartments, a proposed construction of a six-story, 314 unit apartment building and six-story, 120 unit senior living building.
