Hennepin County wants to know how to get residents to recycle and compost more. Research recently conducted by Hennepin County shows residents are only recycling slightly more than half of the recyclables they could be.

By increasing recycling, we can conserve more natural resources and save energy. More recycling will also create jobs and add to the economy.

Participate in a lively discussion on how to move towards a goal of sending zero waste to landfills. Community forums on recycling will be held on Tuesday, March 8, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Crystal Community Center, 4800 Douglas Drive N., Crystal.
