Police Blotter: Burglaries, Party in the Park

June 25

An Alexandria man was arrested for domestic assault.

Police were called to the for damaged property. 

June 26

A Maple Grove woman and a Brooklyn Center man were arrested for drug possession.

A Hopkins man was arrested for DWI. 

June 27

A Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI, speeding and improper lane use on Interstate 394.

A 20-year-old Golden Valley man was arrested for underage drinking.

Police responded to a residential burglary on the 6000 block of Laurel Avenue. 

Police responded to a residential burglary on the 2400 Kewanee Way.

June 28

A Minnetonka woman was arrested for DWI and for improper lane use on Interstate 394. 

Police responded to two calls for theft of property. The thefts occurred at Optum Health on Olson Memorial Highway and at on Louisiana Avenue.

June 29

A Golden Valley man was arrested for a repeat nuisance call.

Seven people were arrested for partying and drinking in after closing. Five of the adults are from Minneapolis, one is from Golden Valley, and one is from Portland.

Criminal damage to property was reported on the 8300 block of Wesley Drive and on 6300 block of Sandburg Road. Police responded.

Shoplifting was reported from on Duluth Street. Police made an arrest.

June 30

Two 18-year-old men, one from Maple Grove and one from Plymouth, were arrested for underage drinking.
