Man, Woman Arrested for Shoplifting from Menards

Other incidents that police responded to include a string of motor vehicle thefts on Nov. 3.

On Nov. 2, a 29-year-old woman and a 33-year-old man, both from Minneapolis, were arrested for shoplifting from Menards. According to Golden Valley police, the two suspects, who were related, were caught a little after 3 p.m. and arrested for attempting to steal less than $500 of merchandise.

  • Criminal damage to property at the 6000 block of Wayzata Boulevard.

Nov. 2

  • Theft from North Memorial Clinic.
  • Criminal damage to property at the 2500 block of Zane Avenue North.

Nov. 3

  • Motor vehicle theft at the 1200 block of Mendelssohn Avenue North.
  • Theft from a vehicle at the 4500 block of Chatelain Terrace. 
  • Theft from a vehicle at the 2400 block of Louisana Avenue North.
  • Theft from a vehicle at the 6100 block of Olson Memorial Highway.
