Habitual Golden Valley Offender Arrested for Trespassing

Between Oct. 23 and Oct. 27, Golden Valley resident Loren Zemple was arrested for trespassing on four separate occasions. Since 1995, Zemple, 58, has been offending repeatedly, according to Minnesota court documents.

He's been arrested and charged with fifth-degree assault, violation of a protection order, disorderly conduct, issuing worthless checks and theft.

Court documents show that Zemple has been charged with various crimes 36 different times.

Oct. 22

• A Hibbing woman was arrested on first-degree DWI charges. She was also arrested for operating a vehicle with expired registration, having an open bottle of alcohol in the passenger's seat, no proof of insurance, driving after cancellation and violation of restricted license.
• A Becker man was arrested for reckless driving.
• A Golden Valley woman was arrested on a warrant.
• A Golden Valley man was arrested for trespassing, and returning to the area after a demand to leave.
• A St. Paul man was arrested for impeding traffic, no proof of insurance and driving after suspension.
• A Minneapolis man was arrested on a warrant, and also for driving without headlights, no proof of insurance and driving after suspension.

Oct. 23

• A juvenile was arrested for shoplifting and giving a false name to police officers.
• A Golden Valley man was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of marijuana.
• A Minneapolis resident was arrested on a warrant and no driver's license.

Oct. 25

• A Minneapolis woman was arrested on a warrant and for driving after suspension.
• A Golden Valley woman was arrested for domestic assault.

Oct. 26

• A St. Paul man was arrested for excessive speeding and driving after revocation.
• A New Hope man was arrested for no proof of insurance, driving without headlights and violation of instructional permit.
• A  Juvenile was arrested for stolen property.
• A Minneapolis woman was arrested for possession of marijuana.
• A Minneapolis man was arrested for driving after suspension.
• A Brooklyn Center man was arrested on a warrant.

Oct. 27

• A Minnetonka man was arrested on arrested on 4th-degree DWI charges. He was also arrested for improper lane use and speeding.
• A Minneapolis man was arrested for not having a driver's license and speeding.
• A Plymouth woman was arrested for not having a driver's license and speeding.
• A Chanhassen man was arrested on a warrant and speeding.
