Golden Valley Police Blotter: Thefts

A look at the most recent crimes reported and arrests made by the Golden Valley police during July 15-21.

July 15

  • Theft of motor vehicle reported on the 2400 block of Rhode Island.
  • A Minneapolis woman was arrested for driving after her license had been revoked, not having insurance, expired registration and failure to change her name/address on her license.

July 16

  • A Golden Valley woman was arrested for careless driving on Winnetka Avenue. 
  • A Golden Valley man was arrested for driving without insurance, driving with a suspended license and a loud muffler. There was also a warrant out for his arrest.

July 17

  • Theft of property was reported on the 5600 block of Kentley Avenue.
  • An Eden Prairie woman was arrested for DUI and improper lane use.
  • A Eden Prairie man was arrested for possessing marijuana and for not having proof of insurance.

July 18

  • An Otsego man was arrested for disorderly conduct.
  • A Crystal man was arrested for possessing drug paraphernalia, improper lane use, driving without insurance and driving with a suspended license. 

July 19

  • Theft from a vehicle was reported on the 700 block of Decatur Avenue.

July 20

  • Two Minnetonka teens were arrested for underage drinking. 

July 21

  • Burglary reported on the 400 block of Westwood Drive.
  • A Minneapolis man was arrested for DWI, improper lane use and having an invalid license.
  • A St. Louis Park man was arrested for DWI during a traffic accident.
