Felony Drug, Assault Charges: Golden Valley Resident Court Appearances
Golden Valley residents will appear in court this month for hearings related to assault, theft and drug charges.
The following Golden Valley residents will appear in court this month for various charges, according to the Hennepin County Sheriff's jail roster.
- Monica Giles, 26, to appear in court on Jan. 7. Faces seven felony charges including fleeing a police officer, assault, drug possession, burglary, receiving stolen property and fleeing a peace officer in a motor vehicle.
- Gary Phillips, 36, to appear in court on Jan. 29. Faces two felony drug charges including drug posession and first-degree drug sales.
- Michael Smith, 27, to appear in court on Jan. 22. Faces five felony charges including domestic assault by strangulation and violating a protection order.
- Noel Woods, 27, to appear in court on Jan. 7. Arrested by Minneapolis police for disorderly conduct and obstructing the legal process.
