Drunken Man Urinating on Side of Freeway Arrested

The Mound resident also tried to "kick out the window" of a squad car.

On Nov. 22 around 2:30 a.m., a 31-year-old male from Mound was arrested at the intersection of Interstate 394 and Highway 169.

The man was urinating on the side of the freeway when Golden Valley police arrested him on a number of charges, including a felony DWI charge, according to a Golden Valley Police Department Incident report.

According to the report, the man was also arrested for obstructing the legal process when he "tried to kick out the window" in one of the squad cars.

In total, he was booked at the Golden Valley Police Department and Hennepin County Jail for felony DWI, driving after cancellation, obstructing the legal process, disorderly conduct and driving without headlights.
