Passers-by at the Knollwood Target in St. Louis Park had a gruesome discovery waiting for them Thursday morning. A Chevy Malibu in the parking had blood spatters on the trunk and a human hand sticking out.
The scene was, of course, a Halloween display from a local driver. When it comes to All Hallows’ Eve, there is no shortage of creativity and spooky amusement.
