Tech Dump Electronics Recycling: Ribbon Cutting + Grand Opening

On Tuesday, August 27, 2013 from 2:00-4:00pm, Tech Dump Electronics Recycling will celebrate their move and expansion to Golden Valley.

The festivities will begin with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2pm with Golden Valley Mayor Shep Harris, followed by refreshments and facility tours. All are welcome to join at 825 Boone Avenue North, Suite 100, in Golden Valley.

Executive Director, Tom McCullough shared "We are excited to partner with Golden Valley and call it our new home.  The community is a perfect location for us and we already feel welcomed.  Our new location is perfect for convenient access to highways, we in a very easy to find location for businesses and individuals to recycle their unwanted electronics.”

Tech Dump offers free electronics recycling Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm. They accept computers, cell phones, electrical cords, internal/external drives, other misc. electronic accessories, TVs, and monitors ($10 donation for CRT TVs and monitors—non-flat panels).

All computers and electronic devices are sanitized of personal information and data. Tech Dump is a Minnesota and Hennepin County licensed electronics recycler (MPCA ID # MNS000167288) and a member of NAID (National Association for Information Destruction).
