Chris Freytag Kicks-Off 5th Annual WALK!

Chris Freytag, a local and nationally-recognized fitness expert will kick off the 5th Annual WALK! with Aegis Therapies 2013 event for active aging seniors with a live report during her Motivational Monday show on NBC – KARE 11. Followed by a short fitness walk at 9:00a.m. at Good Samaritan Society-Ambassador. The WALK! with Aegis Therapies is a five-day celebration presented by EnerG™ by Aegis wellness program and the International Council on Active Aging® (ICAA) during Active Aging Week for thousands of senior patients, their families, staff , and community members at more than 650 registered communities across the nation. Each day features a 15- to 30-minutes walking activity and additional wellness activities. This event is free, and the entire community is invited.
