What: Mainly costumes for children and Halloween accessories.

Open: Tuesday through Saturday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; closed on Sunday and Monday.

Arc's Value Village

Where: 2751 Winnetka Ave. N.,  New Hope

What: Thousands of things that will help you create your own costume, including wigs, makeup, props, decorations and accessories.

What: Sell or purchase gently used Halloween costumes for children.
