The results are in. Starbucks in Golden Valley Commons wins our Patch poll for best coffee shop.
We asked, you answered. We wanted to know what your favorite coffee shop was in Golden Valley and your votes put Starbucks on top.
According to , 37 percent of voters said Starbucks in Golden Valley Commons is their favorite spot for a cup of coffee.
“It feels really neat to have this local recognition,” Acting Manager of the Golden Valley Starbucks Chris Smerillo said.

Smerillo believes the top-notch customer service at Starbucks keeps people coming back.
“We focus on making a human connection with each and every customer,” Smerillo said. “People are the focus of our business and I think that is what sets us apart from other shops.”

While is the winner, Dunn Bros Coffee was a close second with 33 percent of the votes. Caribou Coffee (in Byerly’s) came in third with 16 percent and Good Day Café cashed in with 11 percent of the votes.
