GV-Based General Mills to Debut Hundreds of New Products

Golden Valley-based General Mills will role out hundreds of new products this summer, according to Twin Cities Business Magazine.

The 200-odd products encompass everything from re-branded Hamburger Helper to new versions of its Chex cereal, to completely original creations like "Stand n' Stuff" tortillas.

The complete list of new products was released this week along with its quarterly earnings report. 

“Product innovation is the fuel that creates category growth,” Powell told TCBMag in a written statement. “We have a robust new product plan, with more than 200 new items being introduced worldwide in the first half of the year alone.”
