Green Cleaning Company Opens in Golden Valley

A Golden Valley man has opened a property cleaning franchise, Araya Clean. Dana Litman runs the property cleaning company from his home.

“I am really excited to see where this new business can take me and my family,” Litman said at a recent ribbon cutting ceremony.

Litman gave a quick demonstration to those attending the ribbon cutting ceremony. With a high-pressure hose and a high-tech scrubber, Litman steam cleaned the sidewalk at a local park, leaving a noticeable difference on the ground. The equipment can remove dirt and grim in seconds and is ideal for cleaning gas stations, parking ramps, and sidewalks.

The cleaning equipment is also environmentally friendly, using biodegradable chemicals and technology that allows Litman to reuse most of the water needed to clean a surface.

“It’s a service that is necessary for many companies and I think there is a real opportunity for business growth here,” Litman said.

Litman hopes to expand the business in years to come.
