Golden Valley Business Makes Move to Minnetonka

Golden Valley-based Renters Warehouse will be moving from its current location on Florida Avenue to a new space in Minnetonka, according to the Renters Warehouse website.

“On January 1, 2013, Renters Warehouse will move its corporate office into new office space located at the intersection of 494 and Hwy 62 in Minnetonka at 6101 Baker Road.  The company has grown at such a fast rate over the last three years that it has grown out of the 6500 square foot office space they currently occupy in Golden Valley,” Renters Warehouse said on their website.

When Patch spoke to a Renters Warehouse employee on Jan. 15, it was stated the move would actually be taking place Friday, Jan. 18.

“With our rapid growth, it will be good not to constantly be clawing for more space. This new and fun office space will give us room for teams to collaborate and work on special projects and plenty of room to grow in the future,” CEO Brenton Hayden shared on the Renters Warehouse website.
