Chambers USA Honors Golden Valley Lawyer
Jonathan Armour was awarded a Real Estate (Band 3) ranking by the prestigious legal guide.
Golden Valley resident Jonathan Armour earned a prestigious Real Estate (Band 3) rating from Chambers USA, one of the world’s leading guides to the legal profession.
Chambers ranks law firms and individual lawyers in bands from one to six, with one being the best. Armour was one of just 14 individuals to receive a Real Estate (Band 3) rating in Minnesota.
Meanwhile, his employer, Winthrop & Weinstine PA, was one of five Band 3 firms in Minnesota in the real estate category. The publication said Armour was one of the firm’s “key individuals” in that practice area:

Jonathan Armour is also known for his lending work, and receives glowing praise from clients for his diligence, insight and commercial acumen. Clients refer to him as "a highly organized, highly detailed attorney" who is able to offer "fantastic advice and insight into how we can do things better."
Armour completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota and got his law degree from Hamline University School of Law, according to Chambers. He practiced law in Milwaukee for two years before joining Winthrop & Weinstine in 1998, according to the law firm.
