Memorial Service Set for Danielle Brousseau

A service will be held at the end of September in memory of the Plymouth woman who died in a Golden Valley pond on Sept. 6.

On Sept. 29, Plymouth resident Danielle Brousseau would have been 34 years old.

Her life was cut short on Sept. 6 when she died after her car plunged into a pond in Golden Valley.

"She was a natural beauty who had a true gift for making others laugh," friend Sarah Arlandson said of Brousseau. "Danielle's charm and quick wit often made others feel at ease and smile. The world is a much sadder place without her."

According to Arlandson, Brousseau's memorial service will be held on her birthday, Sept. 29, at Cowels Conservatory in the Minneapolis Sculpture Gardens.

Arlandson said that Brousseau was an actress and a graduate of Robbinsdale Armstrong High School. Because Brousseau loved art, the Minneapolis Sculpture Garden is a fitting place to remember her, according to Arlandson.
