Golden Valley New Year's Worship Services

If you plan on ringing in the New Year in Golden Valley this weekend, there's no need to make phone calls or check online to find out when and where worship services will take place.

• New Year’s Eve: A worship service at 5 p.m.

• New Year’s Day: Worship services at 8:45 and 10 a.m., as well as a Spanish service at 11:15 a.m. All services will include Holy Communion.

• New Year’s Eve: Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God Mass at 4:30 p.m.

• New Year’s Day: Solemnity of Mary, Mother of God Mass at 10 a.m.

• New Year’s Eve: Worship service at 7 p.m.

• New Year’s Day: Worship service at 10 a.m.

• New Year’s Eve: Mary, Mother of God Mass at 5 p.m.

• New Year’s Day: Mary, Mother of God Mass at 8:30 and 10:30 a.m.

• New Year’s Day: Communion service at 10 a.m.

• New Year’s Day: Sunday Worship at 9:30 a.m.

• New Year’s Day: Worship services at 10:15 a.m. and 5 p.m.

• New Year’s Day: New Year’s celebration, resolutions and reflections at 10 a.m.

• New Year’s Eve: Rev. Pat Williamson will lead the Burning Bowl Service at 8 p.m. to let you release everything you don’t want to carry over into the new year into the fire of nothingness. Ray Nelson will lead a Meditation Service at 11:30 p.m. for those who want to ring in the new year with a greater awareness of God. There will be fireworks at midnight.

• New Year’s Day: 10 a.m. service featuring New Beginnings with Rev. Shirley Engelmeier.

• New Year’s Day: Worship with Communion at 10 a.m.

• New Year’s Day: Sunday worship service at 10:15 a.m. with Holy Communion.
