The Pack-a-Thon is an all-day, action-packed, family-friendly volunteer event at Second HarvestHeartland's new West facility. This is a great opportunity to roll up your sleeves and fight hunger while having fun with friends, family or co-workers. When you register for a 2 hour shift you'll get the chance participate in a high-energy volunteer activity and gain access to the Pack-a-Thon party! All proceeds will help fight hunger right in your community and all product packed on the day of the event will be distributed directly to our local agency partners. Shifts are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The Mosaic Company is generously matching registration fees for the first 400 participants and the first $40,000 in donations, so sign up fast!
