Coffee With A Cop gathering at a public location in town. Days of the week and times will vary to ensure a good mix of scheduling this new community outreach program by the Golden Valley Police Department will debut on Thursday, February 20, from 3–5 pm, at Byerlys, 5725 Duluth St.
Also, be aware that the West Metro SWAT team will be conducting training exercise at the Brookview Golf Course on Wednesday, January 22, 2014 from 6:00 – 10:30 PM. During this time, you may see an increased presence of law enforcement officers and vehicles in the location of Brookview Park and Golf Course. No weapons or simulation weapons will be fired during this time as it is a search exercise only.
