Owned by Filister Enterprises, Valley View Apartments offers one- and two-bedroom apartments. The property has an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts. This is a pet friendly facility and will take up to two dogs or cats per apartment, and only dogs under 35 pounds and cats must be declawed. Pet fee is $15 per pet per month.
