SWAT Team, State Patrol Training in Golden Valley
If you see a lot of police activity this week, don't be alarmed.
The West Metro SWAT Team, in conjunction with the Minnesota State Patrol, will conduct a training exercise Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 6:30 to 10 p.m., in the area of Golden Valley Fire Station #3 (3900 Golden Valley Road) and also areas in Theodore Wirth Park.
During this time, you may see an increased police presence, including SWAT vehicles and the State Patrol helicopter.
