Golden Valley Squad Car Struck in Early Morning Accident
Two people were involved in a Friday morning accident in Golden Valley.
On Friday morning at 6:19 a.m., a driver failed to yield to oncoming southbound Winnetka Avenue traffic, causing a two-car accident. The driver caused a Golden Valley squad car to strike another vehicle.
Golden Valley Police Cheif Stacy Carlson confirmed that both Golden Valley Police and Minnesota State Patrol reported to the scene.
"There were minor injuries," Carlson told Patch.
