The votes are in. The Readers’ Choice winner for the best breakfast in Golden Valley is Good Day Café.
The sunny-colored restaurant faced D’Amico and Sons, Byerly’s, Mort’s Delicatessen and two Perkins in the contest. Good Day Café received 34 votes out of 46. Coming in second was Perkins on Highway 55 with 8 votes.
Good Day Café has quite a few positive reviews on Yelp, including one local foodie that says, “For years I heard about Good Day and its amazing breakfast. I moved to St. Louis Park about a year ago and this is the first place I visited. One word: delicious!”
