Gertrude Meuers of New Hope 

Sept. 27, 1914 - Feb. 25, 2013   

Survived by sons, Frank (Ginny), Edward (Donna), Donald (Rose), and Robert (Jan) Meuers; grandchildren, Stephen (Ann), David (Kayde), Gary (Margaret), and Susan (Chris) Odland, Mark (Beka), Laura (Tris), Matthew, Scott (Amy), Andrea (Mike), Holly, Tony, Kelly (Soren) Meuers; and nine great grandchildren.

Preceded in death by husband, Anthony; daughters, Charlene Odland and Marilyn Hefley.

Longtime Minneapolis north-side resident and member of St. Anne’s Church.  Fourteen year resident of St. Therese apartments in New Hope.  Her example as a mother was a blessing for all her family.

Interment Gethsemane Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to PRISM of Golden Valley.

Funeral was 11 a.m. Feb. 28, 2013 at St. Joseph Parish Center, 8701 36th Ave North, New Hope.
