Ellison Praises Obama in First Presidential Debate
U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison told KARE 11 that President Obama did well in the first debate.
After the first presidential debate on Wednesday, U.S. Rep. Keith Ellison (D-MN) "felt moved" by some of the comments made by President Barack Obama.
“I think the president did really well," Ellison told KARE 11. "I didn't hear Romney mention anything about his life. I was thinking that he could have done a little bit better if he would have made it a little more personal in terms of how his policies will affect people.”
On Friday, Ellison tweeted:
Thanks to President Obama’s leadership, the worst of the economic downturn is behind us.
Racial themes continue to prevail in the Fifth District race between Ellison and GOP candidate Chris Fields. Today, an article focusing on race was published in the Star Tribune.
The article reports that in a letter, Fields said that if race was an issue, "black people in Minneapolis would be much better off ..." Ellison questioned Fields' motives in the article, asking, "Has Chris ever been to north Minneapolis?"
The article comes on the heels of new ads released by The Chris Fields for Congress campaign with a message that says, "Vote for this black guy, not that one."

Ellison is delusional.
Think about this...What makes people think a First-Term senator who spent most of that First-Term running for another office, is qualified to oversee the world's largest economy?
Not only that, he was a First-Term state senator who spent most of that First-Term running for another office.
And you wonder why he was lost without TOTUS (teleprompter of the United States).

What does the life of the president have to do with the ability to run the country? If you look at Obama's moral changes in office, that shows a man without convictions. A person that changes his moral standings, right or wrong, is a hypocrite
