Thank You to the voters in the Robbinsdale School District community for returning me to office, to continue my efforts to champion public education, and a world class education for our students. During the next four years I will support efforts that strengthen our workforce, in the classroom and wherever the lives of our students are impacted. In addition, I will:

1. Focus on all elementary schools district wide to identify ways to insure that the traditional strong educational offerings are robust and given attention, while closely monitoring and supporting the growth and future academic path for newer initiatives, such as SEA.

2. Work with the Superintendent, Cabinet and School Board to develop and support the implementation of an updated strategic plan.

3. Work with our administration to garner and leverage resources that can increase academic improvements and learning among struggling students, such as Integration aide and early childhood education.

4. Evaluate the outreach strategies implemented by the School Boards Community Connect Committee, and work to improve communications with the businesses in 281, young professionals, and our seniors.

I'm so excited to be able to continue to work on these issues, and I thank the voters again!
